this piece is for 
Halloween contest where contestants get to dress up Neji in a costume (I wanted to add Tenten to it at first but I think it looked better without her in it XP)
Honestly, creating this piece wasn't easy! I had to make my own armor for Neji from scratch, plus I usually stink at drawing swords!
But other then that, I'm pleased with how it came out!
Neji Hyuuga belongs to Kishimoto,
And the art belongs to me!
